Sounds of sirens, warnings, emergency, information and announcement alerts and designed guideline presence are seen, being manipulated and executed to achieve it's significant, salutary, wholesome and reliable purposes needed to aim. In the world of actuality, everything isn't stable where distress occur, implemented risk, threat and harm continuously befall, there were processes of blueprints that was built and accomplished. NDRC's National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill includes participation and cooperation because the safety and obligation doesn't only claimed by the government or a person alone, indeed, the affiliation, union and morals are highly necessary in conduction of drills. The National Government stated that "Spearheaded by the Office of Civil Defense in partnership with various national and local agencies, the drill seeks to strengthen the mechanism for national and regional coordination, as well as the interoperability of key players. It also aims to intensify local communities’ earthquake preparedness and increase the commitment of local government units in building safe communities". Earthquake Drill, a word of systems, actions, plan and information but a comprehensive, broad, encyclopedic, educational and careful process. Security and protection of life, prevention of harm, preparedness in happening and importance of having disciplined values of progression is included in process of existence.

The Earthquake Drills composed of objectives, targets and insights. Earthquake Drills are the methods, exercises or practices that are mostly essential to be advance and adaptive when an emergency or risk condition happen. It is mostly conducted at school and barangays but homes, facilities or LGUs, mall or market places and I'm any establishments, drills must be practiced. It is designed. A drill is not only about the rules of handling and obeying but ensuring the life, gain of knowledge and the ability to posses the right or accurate qualities while performing the drill. The equipments are everywhere, guidance of teams and organizations, awareness and test alarms are realistic. Every single details of information is important, each experiences can be a memorable lesson and all the learnings of life are accomplishments, improving skills and venture .Drills both practice and safety are extremely important to existence and it is always a part of plan. It can provide the knowledge and insights that are helpful, the methods of understanding and openness and the functions, responses and plans in drills.

 There were numerous to consider when it comes in Earthquake Drill including the importance. In conducting an earthquake drill, the presence of effort and willingness, agendas, , the resources and education bond together leading to have wide intellect, the capability of handling and having morals are improved, increased and attain. It established the conservation of human life and the key of preparations in effective, conclusive and improving the plan. The proper way, strategies and discussions are also attached in order to meet the desired outcome. Despite of the fact that it was done with struggles under the exhaustion and heat of the strike, it is achingly advantageous, responsibility and for the sake of life. A key to resiliency is development where individuals provides and also contributes  for the brighter future. It is a part of the bridge through foundation of characters of superior system. "Wen cannot stop natural disasters but we can arm our self with knowledge: so many lives wouldn't have to be lost if there was enough disaster preparedness" as Perta Nemcova stated. Disaster may jail us but not for lifetime if we are prepared and posses what is best.
